JAF Guitar School

Leo has taken lessons with Peter 2 years so far learning the Ukulele. He started at 4 years old and we are impressed how good he has become. As he was young we thought he would loose interest.

On the contrary, Peter has encouraged him in every class to focus and enjoy. His class is learning and having fun!! We love Peter!!!

Pete is devoted to his calling and to the power of music and had an amazing ability to unlock anyone’s musical potential.... Our daughter is growing into the person we knew she was created to be and Pete has been a part of that. He has helped her build confidence with her guitar, learn new skills with confidence ... Pete is an incredible teacher that I can’t recommend enough...

Pete has taught me the fundamentals of guitar with ease and has made every step of the way exciting and fun. He has kept me interested from my first lesson almost three years ago and still has my full commitment and interest today. Through practice Pete has taught me the patience that comes from never getting too hard on yourself when you make a mistake. He has also taught me never to give up when something seems impossibly hard or impossibly fast. I can not imagine anyone else as my teacher.

Pete is the most technically astute teacher I have encountered as a student of music. His knowledge of music theory is remarkable. During our time together, Pete had the answers to all my questions. He also put together short and long term goals that were revisited weekly to ensure I progressed quickly. I would highly recommend Pete for any guitar student passionate about music.

Peter is our 13 years old son’s guitar teacher. Since we met Peter, we had only a good experience. Not only Peter is very dedicated and extremely passionate about music, he also treats his students very individually, based on their skills level and music interests. He has a great teaching style. His casual and very positive approach builds great relationships with students and motivates them to play. He sets goals for his students while actively listening to what the students want to accomplish. Around Peter our son feels comfortable asking questions and trying new things. Peter is a person who is friendly, receptive and at the same time very professional. He is readily available even outside of the scheduled lesson times, if our son has any questions. He is a very experienced guitar teacher and a very pleasant person to get to know.

Pete is an absolutely exceptional teacher and an even more wonderful human being. His patience, kindness, and passion and are only surpassed by his astonishing talent both as a guitarist and an instructor - I can’t recommend him highly enough! He has been teaching my 13 year old son for quite some time now, and he has become a life role model as much as he is his most treasured teacher.
