Just when you think good old fashion Customer Service is no longer available, along comes MaxCare. It was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. Arman and his father were very polite and respectful, knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the problem in record time. I am in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner plus water heater in the near future, and I wouldn’t use anybody else but MaxCare!!!

Arman was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I waited from noon to 6 yesterday for a different company that didn’t bother to show up. I called MAXCARE this morning and out of 8 calls he was the only one who responded. He soon arrived and diagnosed and repaired my freezer quickly, He kept me informed as he repaired it. He also waited around to make sure it was cooling properly. I will definitely will call him again for appliance repair.

If you are in need of a trustworthy repair technician, Arman is the gent to call. We had our air conditioner stop working and 1 quick call and they were here in about 3 hours. (Actually was able to get to us quicker than they arranged) Once on site they quickly identified the problem and had us up and going. Arman also took the time to check an issue on our furnace for me.

Dealing with Maxcare heating & cooling was a pleasure. There prices were very competitive. Service was very friendly and on time. They arrived on time and Work was well done.
