When I was having some serious tenant issues, I was lost and did not have the mindset to think rationally about the situation. I knew I needed a force that knew the role of a property manager in and out. Mike of MV Management was my first point of contact and he took me on as a client to represent me with the tenants and even represent me in court. I was initially unprepared but with Mike’s prep and groundwork, we made a solid case to the judge that had the tenant’s case thrown out. I absolutely could not have done this without Mike. Instead of having a delinquent tenant over several months, we were able to see them move out right away, thanks to Mike and MV Management’s help.
