(April 30, 2022, 9:48 pm)It wasn't awful here but I didn't feel very welcome. Please take tips from the south London Penningtons. I also bought a pair of pants under the signage of an offer and they were not part of the offer. I still got them because I wanted them but it was misleading. Customer service needs work but the store itsself was clean (and new) lots of space in the change rooms.
