We had a major water backup issue in our kitchen late on Saturday night. Within an hour we had a plumber over who went above an beyond and managed to clear our issue. Highly recommend and I know who to call the next time!

The plumber was excellent and fixed some issues from a previous plumber's work from a different company. I'll use Practical Plumbing from now on. Their work is top notch and the price was very reasonable.

The local plumber was away on holidays and after 15 calls to different places this was the only company in London/Grand Bend/Strathroy area that would come out. They came out and were back first thing the next day and fixed the problem promply and great guys to deal with. Half the plumbers called had 24hour service on their websites but they said that didnt mean anything as wouldnt go out

Neil at Practical Plumbing was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and actually fun to work with. Practical Plumbing is in my top five contractors out of many I've dealt with. Office staff returns phone calls promptly (Thanks) and schedules quickly. Definitely a find. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.
