CASI Air & Water

My wife and I had a new furnace installed with Casi. Our experience with Casi was brilliant. From the sales call with Troy to the install with Greg. We had our ducts cleaned before Casi installed the new furnace and they did a wonderful job with the duct cleaning. I've had duct cleaning done at other homes and this was by far the best duct cleaning I've had. Then they installed the new furnace a few days after the ducts were cleaned. Greg was the installer and he was excellent. From his cleanliness to his workmanship. Kind, efficient and thorough with his install. I highly recommend Casi. Thank you Troy, Shyla and Greg. We had Rob and John come in to service my cousin's furnace and do a thorough clean of the ducts. My cousin just had bought the place and was looking for a reliable, professional HVAC company.....he struck gold. Very professional, extremely efficient and very cool guys. I'm from Toronto and would hire CASI in a heartbeat if they were local to me.

Had Josh over again to inspect furnace, A/C, water softener and reverse osmosis water filtration. He was helpful and friendly with advice and tips to make sure everything is in good shape. I would recommend having Josh inspect your furnace, etc.
