The doctor is very knowledgeable and patient with my cats.
🏴 Flag as inappropriateOur vet appointment went fairly well overall, and the vet was pleasant and fun. But unfortunately, she practices some alternative medicine trratments, such as acupuncture, and thinks that it has a place in modern medicine. That's unscientific and made me lose confidence in her expertise. I just can't trust a medical professional who would recommend a treatment that's no better than placebo.
I want to be fair by giving three stars (It's OK.): It seems like a nice place with nice people, but I go to a vet for expertise, not niceness and pseudoscience.
Very good veterinarian. Staff really care, and they are very thorough. Amazing receptionist too!

🏴 Flag as inappropriateI can't speak highly enough about Lambeth Animal Hospital. The staff treat my Diego with love and care that is above and beyond. Dr Alex Soltan is so amazing, yes she is a vet but more than that she truly loves animals.
