Makira Sushi

Looking at the reviews, they're all 5 stars for good reason! The people are lovely, and every dish we've tried has been so fresh, delicious and very well presented. Take out party trays are always a huge hit, and the tempura is still light and crispy even after the drive home. We love this restaurant! ♥️

This place got it right, excellent variety of sushi. The food is tasty, the service was friendly and the prices are fair. This restaurant has all the positive elements of a family run neighbourhood restaurant. I’ve been there twice and would go again.

Had the takeout special today and it was amazing! Fast, fresh, hot and tasty. Large portion too! My only suggestion is to include a fork in the bag so the inexperienced can eat the rice!! Can't wait to go back.

We love Sushi Makira! It is wonderful to have a restaurant of this calibre so closeby. Every single menu item has been delicious--every appetizer, every sushi roll, every party tray and the fish and chips, too. We are still exploring the menu and try to pick at least one new thing at each visit. I hope they will be a part of our community dining scene for a long time. This is real food, not fast food. It is healthy and delicious. Two thumbs up! No more trips to downtown London for sushi.

This place is so great! We got a big hello when we walked in. It was bright and clean and the menu had lots of good options. The waitress was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely be coming back here!????
