  We find company reviews key in choosing a company to deal with, especially when it involves unfamiliar territory, such as kitchen renovations. We would like to share our experience with, Casey's Creative Kitchen. Starting with the design, Lauraine did an exceptional job designing a very functional kitchen. She quickly learned our tastes and put together a plan that worked perfectly for us. The quality of cabinets is excellent! We are very happy with the look and quality. The installer (Bob) was very professional and very meticulous (he even let our dog in & out when we weren’t home). Any appointment’s where arranged with a small 1hour window and workers arrived on time, every time. Appointment reminders were always given in an email with a very descriptive explanation of what was expected of us and what we needed to do to be ready for workers. The warranty and post service is second to none. Any items of concern have been quickly repaired or replaced with no questions asked. Even after payment in full we have received the same quality of service. This seems unheard of in this day and age. I give Casey's Creative Kitchen a 10/10 and highly recommend them!!

  Be very careful to review your cabinet measurements over appliances. Your kitchen planner will not ensure that the opening is centred. Stock cabinets with filler will be used so the doors will be offset by one inch. It is especially obvious over a refrigerator with dual doors. The cabinet doors closure and the appliance dual doors will be out by an inch. Looks like a big box store type of issue when you have spent money on a custom kitchen. This type of measurement verification is the owner's responsibility and not covered under warranty.

  We had an excellent experience with Casey’s Creative Kitchens. The customer service we received from Ashley was the best I encountered from any vendor/contractor over months of renovations. They went above and beyond to accommodate some unusual space requirements and responded to our requests promptly. The finished countertop is gorgeous and installed beautifully. I highly recommend them!

  used Casey's for our basement bar. Design was excellent. Cupboards and hardware look awesome. Had minor issue with light rail that was dealt with quickly. Caseys is a "semi custom" kitchen designer - which worked for our budget. Would recommend.
