Kendra, our sales person at the store in south London, Ont., provided excellent service. She was knowledgeable about brands, features etc for the appliances we were considering, and provided information about the company's warranty program, delivery, etc without a hard sell. Personable, pleasant, helpful, and well-versed in what the company can offer. We'll certainly be happy to refer any friends who are on the market for home furnishings and appliances to her.

Our experience at this Brick was fantastic. We needed to change our order the next day because of space issues and it was done with no hassles at all. Great customer service and pricing. Taylor K. answered all our questions and was a terrific help. We will definitely go back to this Brick and see Taylor again for more purchases.
