Amazing place - quiet, great property management, and the building cleaner is outstanding! A very friendly man, we chat all the time I take the dogs out. NEVER had any issues at all with even tiny, minor fixes -which is all we have had.

I would highly recommend this building and the staff that run it are friendly, diligent, respectful, and very good at their jobs indeed.

The elevator in building 465 breaks down once a year. It can be out of commission for 2-6 weeks. This is something that should be considered if you are older or disabled. Otherwise, the neighborhood is decent, and so are the neighbors.

I moved in about 2 weeks ago so I'm just rating on my experience so far.
Amy who works in the rental office has been an absolute delight from the time we began the lease signing process. Everything went very smooth, I took over someones lease which I was nervous about because that seems like a lot of paperwork, but it all went super smoothly. My unit is newly renovated, very spacious, grey walls (which I love, instead of white or light yellow or something), the people I have met in the building have all been very nice. I had my dog (chihuahua) here for a night to get her use to the place and everyone was super kind and welcoming to her. I've seen lots of other people with friendly dogs here as well. Outside seemed very clean, there are trash cans so people aren't throwing things on the ground. Overall, I've had a great first couple of weeks here! I haven't found any downsides yet.

I have lived here for 9 years and I love it here. Great customer service, awesome neighbours. Peaceful dog friendly environment and the grandkids love the beautiful pool!
