  All the staff members were very friendly and capable of answering any questions I had. I was informed of what to expect, along with roughly how long each step of the process would take, and the individual charges broken down.
  
  Donna, the manager, was very thorough in explaining how my wisdom teeth extraction would go, along with the associated risks, and what to do before, during, and after the extraction. She would stop every few minutes to make sure I understood everything and answered any questions that I had at that time. She stated that she would have to check with the extraction dentist and determine the cost of the operation, depending on the individual risk of each tooth removed. The email with the cost estimate was received a few hours after I left.

  Great experience, I highly recommend this place. The staff was very courteous, explained the entire procedure and were very receptive to any question I asked.
  
  I went there three times, fully exhausted my insurance coverage, and still had a minor procedure left over. Instead of paying out of pocket, Dr. Belanger waived what was not covered by my insurance without a shred of hesitation.

  I have had multiple cleanings here and they were all great. The oral hygienists are all lovely and take care of the patients. I recently got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled here as well and wow did it go amazing! I was nervous going into it but I soon realized that it definitely is not as bad as people make it seem to be. Dr. Rifkind, the oral surgeon who comes once a month for extractions, is a remarkably cool and fun guy. I was doubtful at first because he was young but upon meeting him I realized he was a great surgeon and a nice guy to talk to.
  
  10/10 would recommend, staff is great! Prices are a little steep, especially as I had to pay $2000 out of pocket, but Donna offers payment plans which helps out a bit.
