The Mobile Shop

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The manager goes above and beyond to make you happy with your purchase and doesn’t force you into any specific contract (he’s neutral to all cell phone providers and plans; as well as cell phones themselves).

I’ve dealt with a couple of the other staff and they’re just as helpful and friendly too.

Also, if you’re debating between Walmart and The Mobile Shop, just be aware that they both offer the same contracts on the same phones with the same promotions. However, The Mobile Shop also offers you a minimum $50 trade in value (in PC points) for your old phone (this depends on the carrier too I guess as I was recently in and was told Koodo didn’t have any trade in deals but Virgin did, as did every other company I was considering). This is regardless of the device condition or age (obviously newer and better looking/functioning phones will get you more PC appoints). Walmart has this sometimes too, but I find its rare they do this, especially for older phones like the iPhone 6S (something that I traded in and got $50 for it, even though its a super old phone and the screen was destroyed).

In my opinion, I think The Mobile Shop will get you the best deals, just because of that added trade in minimum.
