I went in to discuss getting a mortgage and i spoke to lama and she had fantastic customer service skills extremely welcoming and went into great details on what my next move should be! Extremely helpful! Highly recommend her! 10/10!!!

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at Wharncliffe branch. Despite the challenges they have with staffing (as all industries do right now), they continue to work hard to provide great service for their customers. The branch manager Michelle is always so positive, welcomes us with a smile and does what she can to make it a smooth experience. She works quickly and helps the other staff working in the branch when they are short staffed, even though I’m sure she has many other tasks on her plate as a manager. Not only is she kind and genuine with us as customers, but I also notice that she treats her staff very well, with respect and patience. Thank-you BMO staff, I will always continue to bank with you!!
