(March 12, 2022, 4:18 pm)THIS WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY TO HAVE IT DONE RIGHT! We bought a house and they hadn't had their dryer vent cleaned in 25 years and our new dryer kept shutting off. It was scary to find out how clogged the duct was!!! I called and was given basic pricing so I knew what it was before Tom even showed up. We have a really long duct run so finding the vent was tough. I'm redoing the deck so we just cut a hole to give easy access. He ended up needing to clean it from the machine and outside but it still was totally blocked! Tom kept his cool and ended up having to take some duct apart to get the clog gone. He stayed many hours until the job was done properly and never made me feel badly about it lol. In the end, it is clean and no longer scared the house will burn down! Thanks Tom.
