I found that staff very friendly and helpful. Gyula was willing to spend the time with me to ensure that I was getting the cushion firmness that I would be most happy with. The job (replacing the foam on 2 couch cushions) was done quickly and picked up my order on the same day. The only negative that I will report is that the cushions took a few days for the VOC's (chemical smell) to dissipate. I'm guessing it was from the adhesive used to adhere the foam to the batting that wrapped it. I am very happy with the end product.
