2 years ago I had made the decision that it was time to buy my first home. During this time my company was new and didn't have the consistent income the banks wanted to see. Eventually I was able to connect with Roger. I understood that even though I had a solid deposit, I was still high risk for any private investors. I had recently finished my 2 years term and was able transition to a solid mortgage rate and during that period was able to double my home's value through renovations and market gains.
