Staples Animal Hospital

We had a great experience. It was our first time here as we had heard positive comments about staples.
We were not disappointed which included our dog Nykko. Well, he never actually told us that, but he seemed content. :)

One of my favorite clinics! Staff is competent and friendly, vets do a great job, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Was sad to see Dr Staples retire, but am very happy to see the new improvements being made and the great quality of care. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vet and reasonable prices.

This is a very caring team of professionals. I have always felt that my cat and dog are in good hands and receiving top quality advice and care when we visit Staples. Staples has been my recommendation whenever people ask me who to take their animals to.

The veterinarian and that techs are gentle and kind, I have a more assertive dog.. they allow us to wait outside and have easy access to the rooms. Price is one of the best in the city, it is an animal hospital so the wait times are unknown but they being said I do have full confidence when my dog gets his second surgery he is in good hands.. trust them completely!

If my memory serves correct, during my last visit Dr. Staples dropped in at the end of the check-up and administered the vaccinations for my dog and reviewed her health and things to monitor with me. I understand he has since retired and sold the clinic. I was curious to see if there would be any changes.

The waiting room is just as I remember, and the staff are still fantastic. The veterinarian that I met with was great, very personable, and took the time to explain her recommendations. I have to admit, I fell into the classic owner trap "Do you have any other concerns?" "Nope!... Well actually..." I probably proceeded to list 5 unrelated minor things. She very patiently took them all in stride... this is exactly why appointments get behind...

I am not sure if the Veterinarian I met was the new owner, but I am very happy with the Clinic and my visit. My family, and now myself, have brought family pets to Staples for 35+ years. I do not see that changing anytime soon. I have and will continue to recommend Staples A H.
