Sylvan Learning of London

After the 'emergent learning' of 2020, we were thrilled to get our daughter ready for grade nine math by using Sylvan of London. The staff were fantastic, refreshing the grade eight math curriculum, and running through the grade nine curriculum too. Now she's more than ready for high school!

Approximately 7 years ago we started to look for tutoring lessons for our children. I first asked for information at Kumon (Masonville) where I was treated poorly, they told me they could not help me there and to go to another Kumon (Wonderland North). I went there and never was able to talk to anyone.
I'm so glad that happened because I was able to met Nick and Andrea at Sylvan. They listened to me, responded all my questions and since then they, Cheri and all the instructors have been always looking for the best way to support my children to overcome their challenges and achieve their academic goals. We have found total flexibility on schedules, support on Math and all other subjects in the curriculum where Sylvan has tailored the tutoring to our kids' particular learning needs, as these have changed over the time.
At Sylvan we have found not only an excellent quality in tutoring services, but personal and kind people who really cares about us, not only the kids, but we, as a family! So, we are truly grateful for all what Sylvan has done for us all these years and the ones to come! Absolutely the best option in town!

I can't say enough good things about Sylvan! The reading/literacy support they have provided to my daughter for the past ten months has been invaluable. Within that time my daughter's reading level has improved from an SK level to a Grade 2 level. My daughter is fortunate to go to a good school, but the low student-teacher ratio at Sylvan has really helped to build her ability and confidence. Sylvan has such a positive atmosphere, balanced with just enough structure and with incentives that make sense to the students. The staff are unbelievable. They are so supportive and they honestly care how your child is doing. They are always willing to spend time talking with you about your child's development. And they are so flexible with scheduling...never been a problem. Going to Sylvan has been a wonderful experience for our family. Thank you!
