Very happy with everything from checking in with the reception to the Doctor that examined me. Everything was timely and very professional.

Dr Lennox was very friendly and helpful. Normally I never buy glasses at the doctors place of practice. I just take the prescription and go somewhere cheaper. But (I think her name was Carly) was so friendly, helpful and not pushy trying to make a sale I decided to stay and buy a pair she recommend. If it wasn't for help I would have gone elsewhere for my glasses.

I needed an urgent appointment and contacted Westmount on a Sunday at 8am on Monday I already had an appointment for the same day.
Dr Lennox was very helpful and explained in detail about my current prescription and what I needed.
I was then helped to find glasses that I really like and even though we had a little issue finding my insurance at first, they fixed the issue while I was still in there.
As I had my glasses broken and didn't have another pair they were very nice to ask if a rush could be put onto my glasses so I can get them asap.

Excellent experience for our first visit . From the thorough eye exam to finding the perfect frames, staff made us feel important. Their compassion for our vision health was clearly visible ????.
