You can go out and spend around the same amount of money to just go to a restaurant for an hour but here, you get to learn how to make your own amazing meal and make a night out of it. There are often leftovers too so bring your Tupperware containers!

She is so passionate about what she does and is a fantastic teacher. The amount of knowledge she has in regards to cooking and nutrition is outstanding. If you haven't yet, I would definitely attend a cooking class. You will not be disappointed!!
