Dr. Liu did my daughter's lip and tongue tie release. As a terrified new mom, she was extremely kind, understanding and thorough. She explained the process clearly and practiced the mouth exercises with me ahead of time. The procedure was very quick and she brought my daughter back to me immediately after and ensured she was able to nurse before I left. The office has a dedicated nursing room for this purpose.

The follow up appointment was within a week to make sure everything was going well.

I couldn't imagine a better experience for such a difficult situation.

Had my first appointment today with Dr.Liu. Extremely impressed. I switched from a different dentist in the city because I did not feel valued as a patient. She went and did a comprehensive exam and explained everything regarding my oral health in great detail. So impressed with the quality of care at this practice! Cannot recommend enough!

The lip and tongue tie revision was a really difficult decision for me and my partner. When we first went in, I was uncertain whether it was the right thing for my baby. Dr Liu was incredibly kind, and patient with us and all of our questions, and gave us all opportunities to consider the procedure. When I finally was comfortable with it, she and her staff had a great set-up in the office (with a place to nurse afterwards, and being able to talk to our baby through the procedure with an intercom). The follow up was a great way to know that all the exercises I did following the revision were helping. It was such an emotional time for me, I am so fortunate that we went to Dr Liu.

Really friendly staff. Dr Liu is the best specialist in tongue and lip tie in the city and an amazing human being! They care about you and your baby, explain pros and cons and take care of you in the process! Very satisfied with the treatment.

But with state of the art technology, and years of experience. I knew this was going to be the team of people I had remove them
