Steve is nice and approachable. He is knowledgable and has depth of experience. He patiently answered our questions and is very good at explaining things in detail. He made us really comfortable during the home inspection and frequently checking if we have questions. Right from the first call, Steve was friendly and accommodating. He was available on short notice to help us walk around a prospective home, to do a partial inspection (We didn't have very much time in the house today).

Getting a home inspection was a huge weight off our shoulders, especially as new home owners. Steve was so friendly, thorough and got so much enjoyment out of teaching us about items we had no idea about. We were lucky that the issues to address were minor, but he gave us all of the information to fix them ourselves. It definitely took away any fear and made us more confident home owners!
