  Had a great dinner and experience, we ate here a few weeks ago and had a very poor experience. The manager Andrew called after I wrote a poor review and asked us to try Chops again. The service was exceptional and the food excellent. Andrew took care of our bill in appreciation for giving Chops another try and we are glad we did. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Andrew for resolving this problem.

  Our waitress Skylar was prompt, she visibly was working hard, made just enough small talk. The food was exactly what we thought it should be taste/satisfaction vs cost. Yes we’ll go again.

  My husband and I were beyond impressed with our date night at Chop Steakhouse & Bar. My blue cheese salad was 10 times better than I ever could have thought it would be. Drinks were amazing! Food was cooked to perfection and our service was above top notch. I have not had a steak that tasted this great in years. Everything was perfect from the doors to the decor all the way to the bathrooms. Definitely will be returning in the near future. Next time with some girlfriends. Thank you Chop for throwing our expectations out the window and knocking our socks off! This place does not disappoint.

  Food is beyond comparison, the prices were high, but appropriate for the cuisine served. They have a new comprehensive menu where you can choose a complete meal of either $35 or $45, includes desert.
  
  Wait staff were friendly and approachable, unlike other high end restaurants.
  
  There are zones of unique light fixtures that I recommend you see for your self.

  Expensive, but definitely worth it. Fantastic food and great portions, and a fantastic server. Took our food preferences and allergies seriously. Will be coming back here instead of going to The Keg in the future which is saying something.
  
  Quite possibly the best restaurant experience I had in all of 2018. Can't recommend enough.
