  Nice clean store with lots of selection of appliances. The appliances are competitively priced compared to the big box stores. I was told that delivery is free to locals and add in an extra twenty dollars they will take the old unit out for you.
  
  Friendly and professional customer service.
  
  Slightly more expensive than the big box very close and buying local.

  I'm old enough to remember when stores were staffed by people who knew their business, could help their customers find just what they needed and cared about customer satisfaction. After trailing around the big chains looking for a new fridge and getting nowhere, we made our way to Arva. My advice to anyone in need of appliances, is: forget the usual hassle, take a pleasant drive in the country, talk to Jim and let him sell you exactly what you want, at a price that makes sense and with the kind of customer care we used to be able to expect. If I ever need to buy an appliance in future, I will follow that advice myself knowing that Arva Appliance Centre will make the shopping a pleasure as opposed to the usual nightmare. Thank you, Jim.
  
  Updated - the new 'fridge will make the 'cold' part of my domestic life sooo much more satisfactory. The Mighty Movers who delivered and installed it were absolutely terrific too. Many thanks to everyone involved.

  Over the years, we have purchased a number of appliances from Arva Appliances, The sales staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help whether you call or arrive in person. Delivery and set up is first rate.

  Arva appliances works with their customers to provide the best service and resolutions to problems that may come up.
  
  Chris, their service tech, is great.
  
  Now let's hope that major appliance manufacturers, like GE, are able to produce a fridge that lasts longer than 5 years.
