I've been going to Jennifer for about 6 months now and I am so happy to have found her. I first approached Jennifer to help remedy a long standing shoulder pain from tennis (which I had, in various degrees of pain, for well over a year) and recently developed calf tightness. I had attempted extensive massage therapy prior, which did not help. Within two sessions, both of these pains disappeared for good.

I am now playing my best tennis, golf, and a bevy of other sports, as my body feels aligned again. I visit every few months, or as things start to feel off again, and leave each time feeling like a new man, not to mention an inch taller.

From all the supplementary health providers, I can definitively say that osteopathy has has the most profound impact on my overall health and has become my preferred health care of choice to heal anything that ails me, thanks to Jennifer. I strongly recommend if you have any lingering pains or are feeling a bit off, that you book a few sessions with Jennifer and leave feeling like your best self.

Jennifer has been my osteopath for the last year and a half. Her approach is gentle and effective. I initially went to her for an injury, which she helped to clear up. Now I go to her to treat minor issues/misalignments before they can turn into something bigger. I haven't had any major back problems or other musculoskelatal issues since. I really appreciate her holistic approach to health.

I had been experiencing an increase in constant mid and low back pain due to sitting at a desk at work all day, and my posture was suffering as a result. With every treatment, Jennifer was able to alleviate major sources of discomfort and improve how I felt day-to-day. My time at work is now absent of pain/stiffness, I am moving better, and exercising pain-free.

If you have the slightest bit of pain or discomfort in anything that you do, come in and talk to her - she will help you understand what is going on with your body and why.

Listen to your body, book a treatment - your future self will thank you. Especially if you are stuck sitting at a desk all day.

I had soft tissue damage after total hip replacement surgery two years ago. Very disappointing and very painful! After 4 months of doctor-prescribed physio I was stronger and had more flexibility, but I still experienced hip pain during even the shortest walks. After just one osteopathic treatment my hip pain went away. Gone. Buh bye. I walked home (5 km) and couldn't believe I wasn't in pain. A month later, still no pain. It almost feels too good to be true. - Allison

After my pregnancy, I had severe hip pain on my one side. I started going to Jennifer and her exceptional treatments healed my hip over time. I would highly recommend her. Her space is gorgeous too; it is a very hip, relaxing and soothing atmosphere.
