(September 14, 2015, 6:48 pm)This program has been a life changing experience for myself! It has been a great journey identifying learned behaviours and roots to these behaviours. Identifying how I have learned unhealthy behaviours to manage and cope that were not getting me anywhere and was causing me with despair, depression and loneliness. This program has helped me to see where my behaviours have come from, and where they were taking me. Since taking this program I have been able to communicate more effectively with others, be honest with myself and to learn how to trust others. My spirituality is stronger then it ever was before. Thank you so much for this opportunity, I highly recommend it to others!
