Called Brian on a Friday before the long weekend after 6:30pm.

Not only did he answer and offered me some suggestions that ended up resolving my issue over the phone, he also suggested to follow up with our original installer and pointed me to where to find there details (as our home was new).

He also encouraged me to call him if the issue persists and I wasn't able to get a resolution from the original installing company.

As mentioned his advice sorted us out completely and my original installer didn't even call back for 3 business days after I had left them a message (6 days total).

This guys a gem and I'll definitely be using him for any additional needs in the future.

Service is above and beyond what could be expected. Quick response, professional and kept me up to date on problem and resolution. Used laymen’s terms to educate me on the installed heating system and how to maintain it properly before leaving. Would definitely recommend his business to others!
