Ecclestone Cycle and Swim

Great experience with Ecclestone Cycle. I only needed a couple of tires (this time) but Ian was extremely helpful on the phone. Despite facing crippling supply-chain issues due to the pandemic they were able to provide what I needed. Most importantly, their Covid prevention precautions are exceptional with pre-scheduled appointments, being met at the door and guided through the store, to minimizing points of contact (they held the door open for me) to avoid cross-contamination. It's easy to support local businesses when the service is this good.

I had some derailleur issues a few days before a race last month, and Ecclestone had everything running smoothly and race-ready for me in no time. Very professional, and everyone I talked to was super friendly. I will definitely be bringing my bike here in the future. Thanks!

A recent theft left me without a rear wheel! I visited Ecclestone Cycle and was very pleased that not only were all necessary parts in stock, but that the service could take place the same day. In addition to the wheel replacement, I was able to get an adjustable handlebar stem that has solved some wrist issues by improving bike fit. New tires recommended are just the ticket on the slick painted sections of the Queen's Quay bike path. I could not be happier with the service I received ! While I currently split my time between Toronto and Bracebridge, I will go to Ecclestone for my biking needs.

Wow. Very nice bike shop in Bracebridge. Good selection of mountain, hybrid, and road bikes. If you are looking for bike accessories or apparel this store has it all. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a full service repair shop also. If you live in the area and just need a quick tune up or are passing through on your way to the cottage this is definitely worth a visit.
