Happy Jack Yoga

I've spent 200 hours with the Happy Jack team, and every part of it has been a positive experience. Due to COVID, the training has all been online, and they did a stellar job transitioning from in-person to remote training. There's a nice balance between the live and interactive sessions and the recorded lessons. You can either move along at your own pace or stick with the weekly schedule. There's a large library of programs and classes available. Even though the program was remote, I felt connected to the facilitators and my classmates. Every team member has years of experience. I'm excited to be able to attend a live event soon!

I joined Happy Jack Yoga University in September 2021. I plan to be a lifetime student. The founders and instructors of Happy Jack Yoga are completely committed to providing their students with a total experience, whether exclusively virtual or in-person. I am doing the online courses, and I feel more connected to the instructors and fellow students than I would in a lecture hall. The content is fresh, relevant, and always evolving as new information or ideas surface. I have felt challenged, supported, and accomplished throughout the program because of the way it is being executed. This is by far one of the best decisions I have made for myself.

If you’re looking for a way to really open up your mind and heart, HJY is where it’s at. It’s fun and the community is so accepting. I won’t say it’s easy but it’s totally worth it. This journey will really help open your heart to your true self all while being able to become a stronger healthier version of yourself.

There are no words to describe the transformations I've experienced since starting my Yoga Teacher Training with Happy Jack Yoga. This university has been instrumental in my confidence and joy at becoming a yoga teacher, as well as leading me through profound personal healing.
