We worked with around a half-dozen brokers before settling on Muskoka Insurance. Jon was fantastic at answering all our questions and reassuring us, and found a policy with the coverage we needed. Stephen came to visit our property in person and has taken great interest in our needs. He has been very patient with our follow-up questions, and responded quickly. We have not had a claim, but where we have had some issues Stephen was quick to helpfully explain our options.
