Awesome service! 11/06 /2020 Bracebridge. Was looking for a few things and was helped by a worker who saw that I needed assistance. Thank you for your help and keep up the great work! ?

The store was very clean and organized. Staff were friendly, and very helpful (one in particular, who helped me find what I needed outside of her department as well as showed me various versions of what I needed within her department - Tina). Prices are consistent with other branches, which is good... I always find what I want for the price I'm willing to pay.

I bought one of these cushions after falling in love with it. Then I realized that I needed one more. When I went back to my local store they were sold out. I looked online and no one had them-anywhere. I called my local store to see if anyone in Ontario had them. She said no, the Bracebridge location looks like they had one but she didn't think that was correct so I called and thankfully I got the right person on the phone. His name is Mark Scott. Mark looked everywhere in the store but sadly couldn't find one. I thanked him for his efforts and we hung up. A few minutes later I got a return call from him, he said he found one and put it aside for me. Thank you Mark for going above and beyond, for caring enough to call me back and setting this aside for me. You didn't have to go out of your way but you did and I really appreciate your kindness! Mark is a great asset and a wonderful compliment to this store. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! -Andrea
