Good customer service today in Bracebridge Source store. 2 week old batteries for garage opener which already died. Lost my bill. Manager replaced in the interest of customer satisfaction.

The guys that work at this location, as well as the manager, give exceptional service. I was in there two days in a row and both times the service was amazing. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation with the product I had purchased on a previous day. I can not express enough how much I appreciate their help. If you are looking for electronics and other gadgets, I definitely recommend shopping here for a superb experience.
