Chef Henrie Bistro & Café

The real deal. Chef Henrie prepares everything himself the minute you order it. The Schnitzel, goulash, carrot cake, and coffee there are all phenomenal. I’d recommend going out of your way to try this place.

That was some seriously awesome schnitzel. The fries were perfect too, salad was fresh, and the ice cream was incredible. Make sure to ask for 'The Henri'. Server was very nice.

This is the quaintest, yet most elegant Austrian cafe! What an unexpected gem in the middle of Muskoka. The female owner who served us was absolutely lovely. The level of service was outstanding; she was so sincere and kind. The food was DELICIOUS and such a unique menu! The coffee was outstanding as well. I wish there were more locations around Ontario! Even the business cards are beautifully designed, and so is the restaurant decor. The pork schnitzel sandwich with mustard and dressed lettuce was mouthwatering, and the assertive pepper flavour on the potato wedges was my favourite part. This is a must go-to cafe!!

Incredible food. Stopped here on the way from Sudbury to Toronto. I was incredibly surprised by the quality of the food. Ordered a schnitzel and pulled pork sandwich which were both incredible. Best schnitzel I've had, it was like your were eating at an authentic Austrian restaurant. Incredible cakes too. This restaurant is a gem! Cannot recommend it enough.
