CARSTAR Gravenhurst (Ratcliff)

Amazing customer service! I had a flat tire on Sunday of the long weekend. Even though they were closed and had no obligation, they were still happy to help me out!! Because of them, my family and I arrived home safely from a long commute.

The team at CARSTAR Gravenhurst are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first moment I called them until the day my car was fixed, they put me at ease and treated me like a valued client. They even had my car warmed up for me the morning I picked it up which was a very pleasant surprise being that it was 1°C.

Courteous and professional. An ease to get insurance work done as they had a rental car ready and dealt directly with the insurance co.

What a great group of people. I was in an accident and had "challenges" with the insurance company approving my repair even though I was 0% at fault and I brought my car to Carstar at their request. Everyone there was great at Carstar. I called everyday to find out if they had heard from the insurance company, they were reassuring and did not sound frustrated that I called everyday. I really liked the fact that they kept me informed as to what was happening as well as when they expected parts. I still haven't got my car back yet as they are waiting for a bumper but I really appreciate the time they have taken and the professionalism. I genuinely felt like they cared how inconvenienced I am through this ordeal
