I purchased a bird feeder only to discover that I had an Olympian squirrel that could jump like it was on a springboard. Adam has been involved in bird feeders so long he has a Doctorate in all animals that attempt to defy his construction. Adam was extremely helpful and completed a couple of modifications after asking me very pointed questions to outsmart this Olympian squirrel. He is more concerned about customer satisfaction than anyone I've ever experienced. Ultimately Adam outsmarted this Olympian squirrel and brought satisfaction to both myself and him as well. He can tell you exactly what settings to attract whatever birds you like, what food types to use and is extremely helpful. I am totally impressed with his product, animal knowledge and most certainly him going above and beyond to ensure a happy customer. I thoroughly recommend his products as well as his service if need be. This feeder will last a lifetime, won't rust and provides hours of entertainment.
