Stevenson Plumbing & Electric

On this occasion the team at Stevenson’s Plumbing & Electric was able to restore the heat to our family home. The service tech was quick to show up (on a very snowy Sunday) and we live 30 minutes from their shop / office. The part was not available on a Sunday therefore he set us up with temporary heat that worked very well until they could install and finalize the service the next day. This is the third time we’ve used Stevenson’s at our home. The “techs” and team at the office are allways very helpful.

Stevenson Plumbing was quick to respond to our sewage pump problem. Their employee came late in the afternoon in snowy -25C weather and quickly fixed our pump. We certainly appreciate the trade person who does this type of job of cleaning out sewage pumps - especially in what was a nasty weather day. Thank you.

The scope of work they have performed for us over they years is extensive. We have never been disappointed with the quality of work or their ability to deliver within the timeline that they provide. In all cases the work performed was billed at the quoted rate (unless we decided to upgrade some aspect of the job). The largest contributor to my positivity on this company is their ability and capability to handle ALL aspects of our plumbing, heating and electrical needs. Like most working people we find ourselves very busy so I appreciate the fact that Stevenson's can handle all of our needs and we just need to make 1 call. I would recommend Stevenson to my friends and family without hesitation.
