I booked an appointment at Back in Balance after finding the place on Google, as a near-emergency case. Tammy was fantastic at helping alleviate my pain, aiding my mobility, and ensuring I knew which exercises to continue at home. A month and a few sessions later and my crisis is averted, while my core strength is getting back to where it should be. Huge thanks to Dr. Bowler.
