I thought I was in big trouble when I locked the keys into a rental car while camping.
Thankfully Doug answered my distress call and within half an hour the doors were open and I was ready for a glass of wine.
Both Doug and Sue were very friendly and helpful!!!
I would definitely suggest keeping their number handy if you own a car! You never know what will happen.

Visiting Huntsville and car wouldn't start. The person that answered the phone told me guy would come out in about 30 mins. He was there in much less. I expected the worst when you hear about tow truck drivers. This guy was great! I think his name was Doug. He chatted for a few mins and gave us a few tips after the boost. Also well priced compared to Lexus and 2 other places I called before then!
