We were staying at a cottage near by and found this resort for a boat rental. The owners are extremely professional and kind. They really value their customers. We rented out the 24ft Monarch Pontoon for the day and had such a great time cruising through Lake Nipissing. Made our experience in West Nippising so much better! We would 100% visit again

We stayed at their two camp sites - although they are very open and next to the parking lot, they are also waterfront. We weren't looking for privacy, just a nice place to stay for a weekend when we were busy in the area. Access to boats & paddle boards for the kids was wonderful for keeping them entertained when we were cooking dinner. Small bathroom & shower for campsites was nice & clean.

My family rented Jim and Mimi's whole establishment. We were quite happy with our decision. Jim and Mimi were wonderful hosts and were there if you required anything. It is a nice place to relax with each cabin already loaded and ready to cook, BBQ, or chill with Netflix. Docking is great and if you don't have a boat the have several watercraft to choose from. I recommend them and would have no problem going back.
