Allan's team is very professional and top notch. They helped us out a lot in short notice when others didn't show up to do the job at our new home build. Allan installed our new septic system, water cistern and completed lot grading requirements in a timely manner. Allan and his crew were extremely helpful and courteous in meeting our needs. They use the latest new equipment and machine operators are highly skilled in completing the work. The crew was well prepared, punctual and stayed to complete the work from start to finish over a three day period. Even their rates are competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend Allan's and would give them more stars if I could. Thanks Allan!

I highly recommend Allen's! I called several places to build a retaining wall in front of our cottage against Lake Erie's pounding high water, decided on Allen's and so glad I did as they did an excellent job within our budget. Allen is a personable great easy going guy to work with and wants his client to be happy and worry free. We discussed several options with both ours and his suggestions, and came up with a plan. After the work began, lake Erie and old foundation issues threw us some curves balls but Allen's team quickly came up with a solution and plodded on like it was a challenge to beat. They made sure the foundation that was there was solid, and in parts it wasn't, they dug it up and made sure it wasn't going to move. The block wall looks great, tested by the lake as it was being built and still withstanding severe pounding with ease. All the staff/operators were great. Allen was great on the CAT for the first time (inside joke) ... he's actually a master at the machine, smooth fluid movements like an extension of his arms and hands. Chris the Foreman, an excellent all equipment operator as well, kept the job on track, and easily adjusted to any requests we had for fortification. Chris is also a perfectionist and made sure everything was done correctly. Their suggestion for extra rip rap to hold the filter cloth down is working great and their willingness to ease our minds about extra fortification on the lake side of the wall was comforting. Any future work needed, we will be calling Allen's for sure.
