We had Brody’s inspect our old furnace. Zach was on time, professional and thorough. He explained everything to us and made us feel good. As long as they continue this level of service and attract people like Zach their success in the future is assured!

We have used Brody’s twice now. Ford this summer to install a bbq gas line. They showed up on time, made some recommendations and installed that day. The person doing it was very friendly and knowledgeable.

So second time - our furnace went out on Christmas Day after the worst storm of the year. The technician Dave came out Christmas day, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and let us know our options. Since it could not be fixed that day he left us with some space heaters so we didn’t freeze.
We decided to replace the furnace. Colin the owner called us that night (still Christmas) and offered to come out Boxing Day to discuss options to replace. Colin got a team out the next day (dec 27th) at 9 am to remove our old furnace and install a new one. We had heat again - just over 48 hours and over a holiday.

Dave did the install and took extra precautions to keep our home clean and not to damage anything taking the old furnace out and bringing the new one in.

Honestly we will continue to use Brody’s for all our needs and recommend them to all. They have a wonderful team and prove top notch service!

We have used Brody's for years, they never disappoint!
When our AC went on the blink a couple of summer's ago in the hot humid weather, Brody's did their very best to get a new unit installed without having us wait days/weeks.
We were very impressed since we know how busy they are but they treat us like we are a high priority.
The entire staff at Brody's is attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Today Brody's went above and beyond, we can't thank them enough!
Our hot water heater decided to go on the blink, it's a rental, it was installed by Brody's 8 years ago.
We called the rental company, the rental company had no sense of urgency, did NOTHING because it's "the weekend" and we'd have to wait until Monday for a tech to come out???? HUH??
The rented water heater wasn't going to be fixed anytime soon, Monday a tech was coming out to "access" the situation. So the wait would be even longer in getting this fixed and resolved!
We told the rental company Brody's would fix it, they are on call 24/7, the rental company claimed Brody's don't have anyone on call this weekend??
I guess lying is also part of the rental companies service.
Since we were getting the run around by the rental company not holding up their end of their contract we decided to call Brody's and ask if they could install a new water heater and dump the rental company's service all together.
Contacted Brody's today at noon, they had a new water heater installed, up and running by 2:30 pm!
    Now that is SERVICE!
I will gladly pay the extra fee for the 24/7 emergency service as I have piece of mind it's fixed, Brody's always goes out of their way to look after us!
Love shopping local and will continue to use Brody's for all our Mechanical Services - thank you Brody team, your all the best!
