(July 29, 2017, 12:05 am)Lyne is very dynamic lady and is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. I was a 50 year old guy that felt more like 70. I have now been training with her for 4 months and she has changed my life. First she made my aware that my high carb and sugary diet was probably causing me a lot of inflammation and pain. I then took one of her classes on the LCHF program. After a few months on the Low Carb High Fat diet I was feeling some great result. My aching joint pain is gone.
