These pens are great! I ordered a few 7 or 8 years ago, and they have been working flawlessly all that time... well unit they ran out of ink. So, I purchased some refills, but they didn't fit the pen I had. Really my fault as I wasn't careful enough in my selection.
I called them up to see what they could do, but they did not have refills for the model of pen I had. That said, they went above and beyond to get me writing again and sent me a couple pens to get me going without charge. I'm very impressed with the customer service. Top tier quality and service!
