Keith, Jodie and the Vactrax team did a great job taking care of our 115 year old house in downtown Cobourg. They replaced both the old galvanized water line and clay sewer pipe from our home to town utilities. Vactrax barely disturbed our garden or our large Magnolia tree. Best of all, they did the job on time and for the quoted price, even though the job took a bit longer due to some difficulty extracting an old galvanized water pipe. They left the worksite in the same condition as they found it, both from the outside and inside our basement. Truly an excellent experience. (and we have better water pressure in our home)

Can’t say enough positive things about this company. Keith fit us in his busy schedule for the day to attend our home and perform an emergency service using his hydro vac truck. He went above and beyond to complete the task at hand. He was polite, professional and courteous. I will not be calling anyone else in the future if in need of hydro vac services.
