When I first visited Cobblestone Farm Retreat and sat down with Sam to share my dream of running a Wellness Retreat, I knew instantly both you and your beautiful farm were the right fit. Sam is one of those people that you instantly trust and know that she is genuinely there to support. Thank you for being a part of making my dreams come to action with many more to come through your farm. Not to forget even experiencing a family weekend getaway there that was much needed.

Cobblestone Farm has it all - a gorgeous location set in the Northumberlad Hills, a super charming and sohhisticated brick spacious farm house with lots of comfy rooms, a fabulous kitchen, and a cosy wood fire. You can walk, relax and hang with friends. Sam is the BEST host, and will do an amazing job helping to make your stay fabulous. We have spent a few Christmasses here, and we loved it!

We hosted a surprise birthday/anniversary party for great friends. Their family arrived from out of town one day prior to set everything up. The home is perfect for a family gathering. Its warm and inviting with plenty of space. The kitchen is fantastic and an absolute pleasure to work in. The outdoor space offers beautiful country views and lovely gardens in every direction. The property offers a wonderful and welcoming retreat, with beautiful linens and special touches you would find in a luxury hotel. Highly recommend Cobblestone Farm Retreat!

This place is a true gem. Your blood pressure goes down just pulling in the driveway. I have had the pleasure of staying at Cobblestone a few times and it is wonderful. Sam ( the owner) goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed. The horses are always a highlight. Can’t wait to go again soon.

Beautiful Farmhouse with the perfect mix of modern and rustic charm. Such a unique experience to spend time in the original farmhouse barn grooming the horses. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful views of Northumberland where are spectacular this time of year (fall). Sam is such a lovely host, and she made us a delicious farm fresh breakfast. We'll definately be back for a longer stay.
