We quite recently acquired a gift basket from this outfit for my sister's big (70th) birthday. We were so pleased with the warm reception we had when we contacted them, the multiple attempts (I think 3) at getting the gift basket delivered on her birthday due to no-one being home, and my sister's wonderful comments about how beautiful the gift basket is with so many varied locally crafted items. For my father’s birthday we asked Northumberland Goods & Services to put together a gift basket.
They ended up contacting us directly for details about what should be included in the basket and were very personable and helpful.
My father was thrilled with the result, and after unpacking and inspecting everything he put it back and had my brother take a photo before he dug In.
I keep hearing about the latest nibble or delicacy every time I call.
Thanks to the NGS team as ordering this sort of thing online is always tricky, and they couldn’t have done a better job.

I contacted NGS to curate a custom gift basket for my mother's 70th birthday. Olena took great care in selecting a beautiful assortment of Northumberland goodies after we spoke briefly about my mum's likes. She also included a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from a local florist (including accents of my mum's favourite colour) and a stunning & very realistic-looking floral "bouquet" of cupcakes from a local baker! Olena & her husband hand-delivered the assortment on a Sunday (my mum's actual birthday) and made her feel very special. My mum was over the moon with her birthday surprise! Ordered a Custom Basket for a friend to send Condolences. I called the company to confirm what I would like to send in the basket and they were not only very professional but empathetic. They worked over their own holiday to get my order completed and sent out to my friend in need. They really went over and beyond - will absolutely be ordering from them again!
