I have been using AFP for Practitioners for sometime now and I cannot think of a better program for accountants for their working paper files and the schedules and reports it produces and the ease of transferring the data to my tax program.

I have been using "Accounting For Practitioners for about 8 years now, and have been very pleased with it from the start. The workflow is intuitive, the output is solid, and the support is first rate. There aren't many other products where, when you call support, you talk directly to the owner/developer.

Over the time that I have been using AFP, there have been numerous upgrades and enhancements added to the product. each making it easier to use.

The fact that it is an Excel based product has allowed me to tweak it a little here and there, but sometimes, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. When I've gone beyond my own (not inconsiderable) abilities in Excel, and really thrown a spanner in the works, Cleve has always been able to resolve the issues.

I would highly recommend AFP to other accountants in public practice.
