Extendicare Port Hope

I visit my mother and mother in law regularly.my mother in law has been here 2 plus years. My mother over 6 months. They love it here.
I have nothing but respect and admiration for the staff ! I can sleep at night, knowing the care they receive.
I have eaten meals here on 3 or 4 occasions. It was good. Nice variety.

Hello. My Aunt is at this Extendicare and has been a resident for several years. She is 98 years old happy and conversational. She likes it and says the staff are very good to her. We live quite far and and therefore don’t have a set routine of when we arrive; just to say that staff are not anticipating our visit. We always find her room in good shape, everything clean, and the staff very pleasant and helpful, and my aunt clean and comfortable, either in bed or out of bed.
Realizing everyone’s experiences can be different, I just wanted to give a different perspective because I have always thought to myself that my aunt was so lucky to have come to such a good place.
