I am from out of town (and don't have a GT near me) and was unable to make it to the store where I had purchased items I needed more of. I called and was directed to a woman named Donna. She was so kind on the phone, and she helped make sure I was getting the right items and worked with me to arrange for someone to pick them up for me.
